Part of the Mayan Adventure Tour group. Van ride from hotel district to Tulum ruins. To the park for activities. ATV extreme is part of a package. Tulum, AtV extreme and swim in a Cenote. Lunch is provided and transportation to and from events. Starts 730 a.m. all day event, our arrival back to hotel was 530. ATV extreme is exactly that. Lol extreme. Up to 35 mph or kph through lush jungle, over rocks up hills down hills tight turns, it is exhilarating. Dusty so take something to cover your mouth. Helmet provided. Also the offer insurance for the ATV at the park. Not mentioned when we made the reservation. Additional charge of 20 usd for singke or 30 for double. They cover ZERO damage done, not even a flat tire. We didn't take any chances. Just an FYI. Beyond that its about 20 to 25 minutes of sheer fun. Not really for small children. 16 is the driver age limit. Phones not allowed so no pics.

The team were lovely zip line safe and fun Food nice and wholesome Cenote is a dream my daughter loveled. ATVs are fun. There is just too much of a hard sell for extra insurance. There was 3 times more time spent showing a video on insurance than how to drive the ATV. It was only $15 an $25 if sharing a ride(not sure why it's more if your sharing). If Xtreme "REALLY RECOMNEND IT" just as it to the cost at the start.

This excursion is a bargain! Our guide Mary was amazing! The ATV tour was exciting and the cenote swim was so refreshing. Don’t hesitate to book this tour!

my favorite part of the tour was the atv that was a lot of fun with rocks and hills and lots of mud so be careful when crossing the mud so you dont get to dirty but you can wash off so no big deal i would say since i am in my late 50 s so now i get a little scared with high places even those the zip lining so not very high i am sure if i was younger i would have loved the zip lining the best all the instructors where very good and friendy i would for sure give the whole experience 5 plus starts with the money

Albert was our guide and he was phenomenal! He gave us a need for spend feel when riding the atv’s
As well as slowed down a bit for the ones in our group that had a hard time keeping up. WEAR BUG SPRAY and sunscreen. You will need to apply it again once you’ve swam in the Cenote. You will get extremely dirty, wear something you don’t mind tossing in the trash when done. Albert was friendly and knowledgeable! I HIGHLY recommended this tour.

This is a great activity to do while you’re in Cancun. My boyfriend and I had a blast and met some new friends throughout the day. Ziplining is quick, but there was a surprise tequila tasting that we didn’t expect. Tacos at the end are delicious, BUT if you get a drink you have to pay for it (they don’t tell you that part). Overall I highly recommend and Mary is the best guide!

Had an awesome time with the exception of one small hiccup. Our driver Miguel picked us up on time and was a lot of fun to chat with. He’s very friendly and have me some great tips. Once we arrived at the location we met our tour guides. Ours was Beto. He was awesome!! We were explained all the details of the day and received instructions for each activity. They do a great job with distancing and using hand sanitizer. We started with zip lining which was fun. Then we got to the ATV which is where we had the hiccup. My wife and I paid for individual ATVs. When we started to head out hers was having issues with turning and she was not able to safely maneuver it. Neither was the staff. It was abondoned and I suggested she just come share mine. We had fun on the ride and it was all good. After we headed to the cenote and take a dip and swim. Water was amazing. We had awesome tacos after too. We asked Beto if he could check with management and us getting a partial refund back since we paid for individual ATVs which is more expensive and ended up sharing. He said he would check. He let us know after that management said no because she didn’t use ATV due to her not being able to safely operate which was not the case. We explained that the ATV was malfunctioning and it was not her. They didn’t agree and we ended up paying the $20 extra for no reason. Other than this issue we were happy with everything.
