We will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun, Costa Mujeres and Riviera Maya up to Playa del Carmen, if we do not have availability in your accommodation, we will assign you the closest meeting point to your hotel.

You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email or you can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation one day before the tour.

Meeting point in Tulum, Akumal, Puerto Aventuras: There is no pick-up at any hotel or Airbnb, the meeting point is at Coco Bongo Playa Del Carmen, you must contact us to give you the details.

The Horseback Riding Full Package does not offer pick-up service at airbnb or private addresses.

Puerto Morelos
All activities take place in Puerto Morelos. Combine adrenaline, adventure and your skill inside the Mayan jungle in an ecological tour immersed in the jungle. Enjoy a circuit of zip lines, ATVs and also horseback riding, an interactive cenote with 2 zip lines and a jump platform, lunch with soft drinks included and a rest area.

For security reasons it is not allowed to use the cell phone or any other electronic device during the activities, only the use of GoPro is allowed attached to our helmets and bibs which are subject to availability

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Part of the Mayan Adventure Tour group. Van ride from hotel district to Tulum ruins. To the park for activities. ATV extreme is part of a package. Tulum, AtV extreme and swim in a Cenote. Lunch is provided and transportation to and from events. Starts 730 a.m. all day event, our arrival back to hotel was 530.

ATV extreme is exactly that. Lol extreme. Up to 35 mph or kph through lush jungle, over rocks up hills down hills tight turns, it is exhilarating. Dusty so take something to cover your mouth. Helmet provided. Also the offer insurance for the ATV at the park. Not mentioned when we made the reservation. Additional charge of 20 usd for singke or 30 for double. They cover ZERO damage done, not even a flat tire. We didn't take any chances. Just an FYI.

Beyond that its about 20 to 25 minutes of sheer fun. Not really for small children. 16 is the driver age limit.

Food nice and wholesome
Cenote is a dream my daughter loveled.
ATVs are fun.
There is just too much of a hard sell for extra insurance. There was 3 times more time spent showing a video on insurance than how to drive the ATV. It was only $15  an $25 if sharing a ride(not sure why it's more if your sharing). If Xtreme "REALLY RECOMNEND IT" just as it to the cost at the start.

Its just the right amount of everything not to make you over tired for whatever you have planned after. Atvs were so fun and the guys were very helpful and energetic. Airlines were awesome! Not as scary as I thought. They have you go upside down like Spider-Man. And the swimming….best part. It was beautiful and warm and I want to go back.

The activity was a lot of fun! Mary was a great guide! Very fun and laid back. This was my first time riding an ATV- the bikes are very old and hard to maneuver. If you are not an experienced driver- please ride on the ATV with someone. Zipline was fun. I thought the ropes would be more challenging but great lines for those who have never Ziplined before. Cenotes was nice- although we were only there for 20 minutes. They provide pork tacos at the end- which are delicious, but they will offer you drinks that you must pay for!!! We didn’t get a chance to look at the pictures at the end. The photographer took forever to load them and the bus driver kept rushing us..so I have NO pictures from this 5 hr. hour activity. Not happy about that at all.

Could not believe the value ! We got shuttled from Playa Del Carmen . A bboring 1 hour drive out to no where. ATV`s were ancient and beat . Operated fine. ATV ride itself was boyond uneventful as far as excitement and scenery. The we came to zip line . You had to climb up a tree onto a small platform then sipline from one tree to the next ?????? That was it !!!! You could do it as often as you wanted . I didnt do it but my brother in law had never zip lined so he tried it . Then we went to the cenote . Best part of the trip but it wasnt that great . You walked the plank and jumped into a dark hole into a poorly lit cave. Was actually fun. Then we hiked for a few minutes to the place wehre you could swim . There was a platform about 20 ft high and you could jup off if you dared …. was so high no one did . Then the boring ATV ride back to where we started and the ;long ride back to PLaya …. what a horrible rip off and value …!!!
