No, you can drive the ATV without a license as long as you are at least 18 years old.
No, our activities are guided and beginner-friendly; you will be accompanied by a guide throughout the tour who will assist you.
All activities are family-friendly and recommended for ages 4 and up; minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. If a child decides not to participate in an activity, an adult must remain with them, thereby missing out on the activity as well, with no opportunity to do it later.
Our tours include round-trip transportation for hotels in Cancun (Hotel Zone), Costa Mujeres, Puerto Morelos, and Playa del Carmen. However, there are exceptions within these areas, such as private addresses, Airbnbs, and hotels with restricted access. If you are located outside the pickup area, you will be assigned a meeting point closest to your location.
Our driver will be the only one to call you by name at the designated time and pickup location.
The fun increases when it rains; this is an all-weather tour, so activities proceed as usual—heavy storms are typical of our tropical climate, and activities are only cancelled due to natural disasters such as hurricanes. No refunds will be offered if you choose to cancel your activity due to rain.
The tour includes all safety equipment—such as helmets and life jackets—and supervision by our certified guides throughout the route. Although the park is a rustic setting in the heart of the jungle, our team carries out preventive and corrective maintenance on both the facilities and the equipment. We comply with all safety measures recommended by Civil Protection; for this reason, the use of cell phones or mobile devices is not permitted during the tour.
No, the towel is not included; you must bring your own towel or rent one upon arrival at the park.

Any items not listed as included in your package may incur an additional cost. Additionally, there are third-party providers offering various services—such as photography and video, souvenirs, handicrafts, water shoes, and other items—that are completely independent of our website; therefore, we are not responsible for any purchases made outside of our website, whether before, during, or after the tour. *Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
While the tour is suitable for almost everyone, some individuals may not be eligible to participate in the activities, such as:
- People with reduced mobility
- Pregnant women
- People who have recently surgery
- People with muscle injuries
- People with a physical disability
If you book and are not eligible to participate in the activities, no refund will be offered.
